Our service provides 3D designed concept, drafting  and engineering of the complete set of building plans for many types of structures nationwide (listed below):

LOG and/or TIMBER RESIDENTIAL HOMES

These structures use either logs (uniform or natural logs laid horizontally) or a log or timber frame (vertical logs or timbers) for the wall construction.

CONVENTIONALLY FRAMED RESIDENTIAL HOMES

This is a standard framed wall construction structure with 2×4 or 2×6 walls using any type of exterior finishes such as stucco, sidings (wood or composite), or rock.

SIP and/or ICF RESIDENTIAL HOMES

These structures use either a structural insulated panel (SIP) or an ICF form (foam block filled with concrete) for the wall construction with exterior finishes such as stucco, sidings (wood or composite), or rock.

BARNS and/or OUT-BUILDINGS (utility or venue uses)

Barns can be either conventionally framed or use a post-and-beam style of construction in either log or timber with exterior finishes such as stucco, sidings (wood or composite), or rock.

SHADE STRUCTURES (gazebo, pavilions, palapas, etc)

These structures normally use a post-and-beam style of construction in either log or timber with open or closed roof systems.
